Returns

We want you to love your new Cheeky Emu hat, but in case it's not the right fit for your little one we will happily accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Product/s must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

You can return the item for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Please note that all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team or if an order is incorrect.
